Returns and exchanges

In case of apparent defects in the work, dissatisfaction, existing damage to the product (in the structure), the buyer is protected by the options and deadlines contained in the Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/90).

We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact us within: 7 days after delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days after delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or

defective, I cannot accept returns for:

custom orders

Return conditions

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

In case of return, the value of the painting will be refunded via deposit,

with the exception of shipping.

If the item is not returned in its original condition,

the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Once the payment is approved (it usually takes place on the same business day for payments by credit card, but it can take up to 3 business days.

We are not responsible for:

Delay in deliveries due to postal strike;

Incomplete addresses that make it impossible to deliver the painting;

For the cost of the second shipment of the work, if it returns due to “not being picked up by the recipient within the deadline”, whose cost of the new shipping must be paid by the buyer.

Customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
